Community First are running this event in collaboration with Dream Empire Events Ltd, and the event will work as follows (please read carefully before booking a place).

There will be stalls inside The Point - here, tables will be provided, and this area will be suited to those charities that prefer to be in a calmer, quieter environment for conversations with attendees.

We will have some outside stalls, near The Point, in gazebos, which we can provide - these will more suited to groups that want more space for their stall (e.g. those bringing games, tombolas, large amounts of resources) that don't m

ind being in a noisier place. Groups will need to provide their own tables and chairs for these pitches.We'll also have use of The Point's outside stage (including PA system for music etc.) for groups who would like a slot to perform and show the public what they're all about - this would be most suited to dance groups, choirs, martial arts and so on. We do have a back-up space reserved inside The Point should the weather on the day make use of the outside stage unviable.

Beyond The Point, in the Rec Ground up to the bandstand area, we'll have a spot for some commercial pitches - this area will be coordinated by Dream Empire Events Ltd.

Charities are also welcome to book into this area but would need to bring their own gazebos, and note that there will be a charge for pitches in this area (although charities will be charged a discounted price).
More information on how to book in the commercial area via Dream Empire will be provided by them.
